August 7th, 2010 I wrote on my blog about a dog named Jake and he was looking for home. See post: www.leashout.com/community/jake-is-looking-for-a-home/. Since this post a family has adopted Jake. Jake has been part of a new home for the last 2 1/2 months. Jake was introduced to a dog named Bailey who was already part of their family. The new parents were hoping by introducing Jake to Bailey that Bailey would have a friend to play with. Well that story line didn’t work out. Bailey isn’t enjoying having a new member in the family, and unfortunately they have to give up Jake up for adoption. Jake is now 10 months and he is a wonderful dog. We would hate to see Jake end up in another home and be given up again, so if you are serious about adopting Jake, please connect with me through my “Contact” page. Is Jake a Puggle? How high is his energy level?
Yes Jake is half Pug and half Jack Russell. He looks more like a pug though. He has a high energy level, but he is only 10 months, so I don’t think its anything out of the ordinary.
